
“How to Cure the Winter time Blues”

We’re at that time where if feels like it’s been winter for so long and we’re ready for spring, or maybe just some of us! Are you getting cabin fever? Are the winter time blues hitting you? Here’s a couple ideas to help get you through what’s left of winter!
Ok, so the obvious would be to take an extravagant vacation to the Island of Fiji. Planning a getaway even to some place local can be a breath of fresh air. Whether its a trip to the Island of Fiji or a comfy Bed and Breakfast, you can have fun and make it a great vacation!

This is the perfect time to consider taking some classes, such as a painting class, glass blowing, or a cooking class! Letting those creative juices flow will help keep your mind busy.


Chances are, your friends and family are feeling the same way you are too. So invite them over for a dinner party or host a wine tasting. Everybody loves good food, refreshments and game night! Keeping good company is a must during the winter months!


Winter seems to be less busy as summer, and with the extra down time, now is a great time to do those house projects or renovations that you’ve been wanting to do. And since the cooler temps tend to keep us indoors, utilize this down time that you have!

Another small tip is to keep bright cheerful decor around, or stuff that makes you happy. Having a vase of fresh flowers is always a beautiful way to bring some cheer to your home!

And lastly, treat yourself to a spa day. After the holidays its a good time to relax and get ready for your new year!
